These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the AmetaVital online shop.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with AmetaVital, Switzerland.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting your order, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. The order confirmation via email constitutes acceptance of the offer.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop. The invoice amount is due immediately.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. Please contact us at the email address provided in the imprint.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) apply.

10. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the domicile of AmetaVital in Switzerland.
