Frankincense (Boswellia) – Valued for millennia

The resin of the frankincense tree Boswellia has been valued for millennia in various cultures. In ancient times, it was already used in religious rituals, for scenting rooms, and in traditional applications.

Frankincense is also mentioned in historical writings – from the ancient Egyptians to scholars like Hippocrates, Avicenna, and Hildegard von Bingen.

Today, modern research focuses primarily on the natural ingredients like boswellic acids.

The frankincense used here comes from sustainable wild collection in East Africa and Southern Arabia and is obtained from the resin of Boswellia carterii. This is characterized by a naturally high content of boswellic acids.

After harvesting, the resin is strictly tested in Germany for residues such as heavy metals and pesticides and then gently processed into a fine powder. This ensures that the natural components are optimally preserved and a high product quality is maintained.

Composition:

• Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) powder (fruiting body and spores only)*,
• Frankincense (Boswellia carterii) powder,
• Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) capsules
• from controlled organic cultivation. 50% of the agricultural ingredients are from organic farming.

Recommended dosage: 

Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with sufficient liquid during meals. Store the product protected from light, sealed, and out of reach of small children. Protect from heat and store in a dry place. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor before consumption. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
