This formula combines Cordyceps and Reishi with Ashwagandha root. The powders of the respective raw materials are used; for Reishi, both the fruiting body and spores are utilized.

Caterpillar Fungus (Cordyceps sinensis)
Cordyceps has long been valued in various traditional Asian cultures. Cultivated Cordyceps sinensis mushroom powder is used for this formula.

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)
Reishi, also known as the lingzhi mushroom, is one of the traditionally prized mushrooms. The powder from the fruiting body and mushroom spores is used for this blend.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
Ashwagandha, also known as winter cherry, has long been used in various traditional Indian traditions. The powder of the Ashwagandha root is used for this formula.

Due to the consistency of the Reishi fruiting body, the resulting powder is not fully free-flowing. The capsule contents may therefore have a somewhat cotton-like texture.

Recommended intake:

1 capsule 3 times daily with meals and plenty of liquid. A gradual increase in dosage over several weeks is recommended. Store the product in a closed container, protected from light, and out of the reach of young children. Keep in a dry place away from heat. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a doctor should generally be consulted before consumption. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
