Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng or winter cherry, grows mainly in warm regions such as the Indian subcontinent and has been used there for millennia.

The plant is also gaining increasing importance in the West. We source our organic Ashwagandha from India, where it is traditionally cultivated and serves as a livelihood for many people.

Ingredients:

• Chinese caterpillar fungus (Cordyceps sinensis) powder*,
• Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) powder from fruiting body and mushroom spores*,
• Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) powder*,
• Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) capsules

*from controlled organic cultivation

Due to the consistency of the reishi fruiting body, a completely free-flowing powder is not formed. The capsule contents may therefore partially have a cotton-like structure.

Recommended intake:
1 capsule 3 times daily with meals and plenty of liquid.
