Payment terms

For deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we offer various common payment methods.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Prepayment (bank transfer)
  • Credit card
  • TWINT
  • PayPal Checkout (PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • SEPA direct debit
  • Payment by invoice*

* Payment by invoice is available from the second order onwards. The payment term is 7 days from the invoice date.

For prepayment, the order will be processed and dispatched upon receipt of payment. For other payment methods, processing will be carried out according to the respective terms and conditions of the chosen payment service provider.

Your payment data will be transmitted securely and in encrypted form.

Shipping terms

We ship within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Deliveries to other countries are possible upon request. The available shipping methods and shipping costs will be displayed transparently during the order process.

Delivery time

For items in stock, the delivery time is generally 1–3 working days from receipt of payment or from receipt of order for payment by invoice.

No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. In the event of delays due to supply shortages or events beyond our control, the delivery time may be extended accordingly. Should a significant delay occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipment tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the shipping information and, if available, the tracking number.

Out-of-stock items

Should an ordered item not be available, we will inform you as soon as possible. Amounts already paid for the unavailable item will be fully refunded.

We will check the shipping options for you and inform you of the corresponding shipping costs.

For deliveries abroad, additional customs duties, import charges, or other country-specific costs may apply. These costs, if applicable, are to be borne by the recipient.
