It is complemented by Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), a traditional medicinal mushroom that has been used for a long time in East Asia and is known for its characteristic, shiny fruiting bodies.

The Ashwagandha used in this blend comes from certified organic cultivation in India. Combined with organic Reishi mushroom powder produced in-house in Germany, the result is a carefully balanced blend. Gentle processing and the convenient capsule form allow for easy integration into everyday life – ideal for supplementing a conscious diet.

Ingredients:

Due to the consistency of the Reishi fruiting body, the powder does not flow completely freely. The capsule content may therefore partially have a cotton-like texture.

Recommended intake:
1 capsule 3 times daily with meals and plenty of liquid.
Store the product in a cool, dry place, sealed and protected from light, and out of the reach of young children. Keep away from heat. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a doctor should generally be consulted before consumption. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
