The invoice amount is due after placing the order. Your payment details are transmitted securely and encrypted.

Shipping Conditions

We ship within Switzerland and abroad. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the order process.

Delivery Times

• Switzerland: 1-3 business days (for products in stock)
• Europe: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

• Switzerland: from CHF 9.00 (free for orders over CHF 90.-)
• Europe: from CHF 15.–

Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Should an item not be available, you will be informed immediately and the full amount will be refunded.
