This mushroom is known in German as Judasohr. Fans know it better in Asian cuisine as "Mu-Err" or "Chinese Morel" as a noble edible mushroom. Auricularia grows on deciduous trees and is found all over the world. It is probably also the first cultivated mushroom species by humans. Chinese manuscripts from the 6th century indicate this. The mushroom is relatively tasteless.

The Auricularia fruiting body is cultivated on a specially developed and manufactured wooden substrate. When growing Auricularia, in addition to an excellent substrate, the optimal regulation of humidity is also important. Even with minor deviations, this sensitive mushroom dries out and stops growing.

Recommended intake:

3 times a day, 1 capsule with Agaricus Bisporus Organic Vital Mushroom Powder with meals and plenty of liquid. A gradual dosage with weekly increase is recommended.
