This mushroom is known in German as Judasohr. Fans of Asian cuisine know it better as "Mu-Err" or "Chinese Morel" as a noble edible mushroom. The Auricularia grows on deciduous trees and is found all over the world. It is probably also the first cultivated mushroom species. Chinese manuscripts from the 6th century indicate this. The mushroom is relatively tasteless.
The Auricularia fruiting body is grown on a specially developed and produced wood substrate. When cultivating Auricularia, in addition to an excellent substrate, the optimal regulation of humidity is also important. Even with minor deviations, this sensitive mushroom dries out and stops growing.

Mu-err mushroom (Auricularia judae) powder*, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) capsules

Recommended intake:
1 capsule with Agaricus Bisporus organic vital mushroom powder 3 times a day with meals and plenty of liquid. A creeping dosage with weekly increase is recommended. Store the product protected from light, closed and out of reach of small children. Protect from heat and store in a dry place. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the doctor should generally be consulted before consumption. The stated recommended daily consumption amount must not be exceeded. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
