Auricularia – also known as Mu-Err or wood ear

Auricularia is known by various names, including Mu-Err and wood ear. The mushroom is traditionally used in Asian cuisine and naturally grows on wood.

For this product, Auricularia is cultivated on a special wood substrate. The dried mushroom powder is then processed into practical capsules.
