The Sun Mushroom

The native home of Agaricus blazei murrill (ABM) is in the rainforests of Brazil. Particularly rich deposits are found in the mountainous regions of Piedade. The precious mushroom has always been consumed there and even revered as the "mushroom of God." ABM is known by many other names. Due to its delicate scent and taste, it is also called "Almond Mushroom." It loves the sun, preferably growing at 23 - 28 degrees Celsius and 80% humidity from April to October. That's why it is also called Sun Mushroom: Cogumelo do Sol or Royal Sun Agaricus.

Like the Coprinus, ABM is cultivated on an organically produced straw substrate specifically for this purpose. A special feature of its cultivation is that this mushroom requires relatively warm temperatures. To work sustainably and energy-efficiently, this mushroom is therefore only cultivated in the summer months. This accommodates the "nature" of the mushroom and reduces the otherwise high energy demand.

Recommended dosage:
3 x daily 1 capsule with Agaricus blazei murrill organic vital mushroom powder with meals with plenty of liquid. A gradual dosage with weekly increase is recommended.
