Often it's the little details that matter. While much can be processed mechanically these days, cultivating the Reishi vital mushroom requires manual labor. The tiny spores are found on the top surface and are carefully removed from the fruiting bodies by our employees with a brush and then added back in after drying. For Auricularia, on the other hand, a delicate touch is needed to regulate humidity. Both vital mushrooms therefore require their own specific cultivation methods, thus contributing the important ingredients for this blend.

Recommended dosage:

The recommended dosage is 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals and plenty of liquid. Please store the product protected from light, sealed, and out of reach of small children.
