Often, it's the small details that matter. While much can be machine-processed nowadays, cultivating the Reishi vital mushroom requires manual labor. The tiny spores are found on the surface and are carefully brushed off the fruiting bodies and then added back in after drying. This ensures that the tiny spores are not lost during drying. With Auricularia, on the other hand, a delicate touch is needed to regulate humidity. Both vital mushrooms thus require their own specific cultivation methods and contribute the important ingredients to this mixture.
