Turmeric – a traditional spice from the Asian plant world

Turmeric, also known as yellow ginger or Indian saffron, has been valued and traditionally used in Asia for centuries.

The plant originates from India and Southeast Asia and belongs to the ginger family. The dried and finely ground rhizome is used. In Western countries, turmeric is primarily known as an aromatic spice and is widely used in cooking.

  • Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) Capsules

Recommended intake:
3 capsules daily with meals with plenty of liquid.
