Recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with sufficient liquid during meals. A gradual dosage with a weekly increase is recommended. Keep the product stored in a cool, dry place, away from light, and out of the reach of small children. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals with hormone-sensitive tumors (e.g., breast cancer). The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
