Poria cocos
Poria cocos, also called tuckahoe or China root, is one of the mushrooms known in traditional Chinese mycology.

• Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) capsules

Recommended intake:

Take 1 capsule of organic medicinal mushroom powder 3 times daily with meals and plenty of liquid. A gradual dosage with weekly increases is recommended.
