The blend combines the mushroom species Maitake (Grifola frondosa) and Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), which have long been valued in various Asian traditions. The powder of the whole mushroom is used in each case.

Maitake, also known as hen-of-the-woods, is a well-known edible mushroom and is cultivated under controlled conditions on organic wood substrate. The powder of the whole mushroom is used for this formula.

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)
Reishi, also known as the glossy ganoderma, is also cultivated under controlled conditions. The powder of the whole mushroom is used for the capsules.

Recommended intake:
